All fees are subject to VAT (where applicable) and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Term & Termination
Contracts are typically annual unless otherwise stated. Either party may terminate the agreement under the conditions in the signed contract.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.complyeu.com is the property of Comply EU and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Comply EU shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or services.
